TR.Satış.Field Sales..Retail Coordinator

Job Summary

The BB Retail Coordinator is responsible for the success and brand image in the doors of a given geographical area. S/he is responsible for implementing sales plans and marketing activity, while following all the brand standards of customer service. S/he is also expected to follow up the merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service:
  • Show and teach excellent customer services skills to the team.

  • Guarantee customers data capturing/control/usage for CRM

  • Communicate the customer service standards to Managers and Artists.

  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.

  1. Sales:
  • Implement and achieve retail sales plan by door/per month and proactively anticipate/correct any deviation from plan.

  • Implement productivity targets in each location.

  • Review staff shifts to ensure optimum coverage at peak customer traffic times so as to maximize sales/per day/per month.

  1. Business Management :
  • Direct /implement the orchestration of new openings in collaboration with Area Managers.

  • Monitor in-store expenses (e.g., returns, testers).

  1. Inventory:
  • Monitor stock levels (minimums and maximums) in constant conjunction with Retailer and BM to ensure optimum coverage while minimizing excess.

  • Make recommendations regarding excess stock to BM

  • Ensure monthly orders are managed within guidelines provided by BM/Sales Mger.

  1. Merchandising:
  • Train to uphold merchandising expectations and develop standard of visual excellence display and counter hygiene..

  • Ensure maintenance follow-up and that forms and requests are being submitted in a timely, accurate manner.

  1. Events/Promotions:
  • Collaborates with Marketing in the planning of events per door/per season.

  • Collaborates with the Stores to do the sales goals of the events.

  • Evaluation and analysis of Events Business vs Basic Business so as to ensure proper anniversary dates of special activity.

  • Ensure all Events collateral/testers/staff are well are at counter timely.

  • Train all BB personnel on how to prepare and conduct and event.

  • Attend, execute and support events/promotion.

  1. Human Resources:
  • Provide on-going training to empower the team to achieve business goals.

  • Coach Studio Managers to develop and motivate teams.

  • Provide clear and constructive feedback on a regular basis.

  • Provide an atmosphere that motivates, encourages staff to achieve excellence.

Previous experience in cosmetics is preferred.

  • Retail management background is a plus.

  • Retail operations know-how needed.

  • Excellent command on English.

  • Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills.

  • Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.

  • Ability to resolve employee conflicts and function in a fast paced environment.
